They chose SBS

WesBank needed to modernize its wholesale financing infrastructure to support a large-scale cloud transformation and its broader expansion programme across Southern Africa. As a client since 2012, the bank chose to renew its agreement with SBS for a further five years and upgrade from its previous version to the latest release of SBS Wholesale Servicing, delivered as a cloud-native SaaS offering. The new deployment gives WesBank access to one of the most configurable asset management solutions on the market, letting the bank adapt rapidly to evolving business, regulatory and market requirements. This upgrade also opens access to SBS’s wider asset finance and asset management capabilities, including AI-driven insights that support decision-making, risk management and performance optimization across its dealer network.
