As part of its ongoing digital transformation plan, Anbesa Bank, which has been using the SBS Core Amplitude from SBS, has now decided to implement the SBS Digital Banking Suite. This initiative strengthens the existing partnership between Anbesa Bank and SBS, a global leader in banking technology solutions, enabling the bank to meet the growing needs of its customers for digital banking services.

They chose SBS
Anbesa Bank had already been running the SBS Core Amplitude, and as its digital transformation plan progressed it set out to extend that foundation into customer-facing digital channels. The bank wanted to keep pace with current digital banking standards and respond to the growing expectations of its customers for fully digital services. The project aimed to provide an omnichannel platform that simplifies customers’ digital journeys, integrates easily with the bank’s ecosystem, technology partners and fintechs, and offers the flexibility to develop a wider range of banking services. By adopting the SBS Digital Banking Suite, the bank sought a scalable platform able to grow with its needs while improving customer satisfaction.
